Construction of 275 m drift at Sush Adit |

Work awarded on 23.04.2010.Work stopped by the Forest/divisional Water Shed Officer on the plea that exploratory drifts are not covered under Forest conservation Act 1980. On 27.07.10 the agency has intimated to start the work immediately as issue with the Forest Department has been sorted out. First blast took place on 29.07.10. |

Diversion of Forest/Govt. Land from MOEF and acquisition of Private Land |

For diversion of Forest land PCCF, Shimla has submitted the case to GoHP on 29.06.10 for onward transmission to MOEF, GOI. Addl. Chief Secretary (Forest) has sought some clarifications. Matter being persued.
