REIMBURSEMENT OF MEMBERSHIP/ADMISSION FEE FOR
BECOMING MEMBERS OF PROFESSIONAL BODIES/INSTITUTIONS
All SJVN executives are entitled for reimbursement of
membership/admission fee and annual/periodical
subscription for becoming members of one professional
bodies/institute, subject to the condition that the
reimbursement of fee shall be allowed only in respect of
such professional bodies/institutes in India set up
under an Act/Statute in India. Reimbursement shall be
allowed towards following: -
- Membership/admission fee i.e.
(a) Registration fee and/or
(b) Entrance fee
- Annual/periodical subscription.
- No expenditure will be reimbursed for subscription
of journal/magazine/ periodicals.
In case employee are desirous of obtaining life
membership of any Body/Institute in such case employee
can deposit the subscription towards the life membership
but the Corporation will continue reimbursement of
annual membership till he is in employment of the
Corporation or the total amount of life membership so
deposited by the employee gets set off, whichever is
earlier.
